Terms and conditions of sales:
1) When ordering NaO speakers or components please contact Music and Design first via email
to determine lead time and to discuss your order. Plans with bare printed circuit board can be
ordered directly using the Buy it Now (PayPal) buttons below. Plans and printed circuit boards are
generally send out within one business day of receiving a fully paid order. Plans are sent by email.
PCBs are sent 1st class mail or air mail. Orders for completed active or passive crossovers require
a 50% deposit with the remainder, plus shipping, due prior to shipment. Completed active and
passive crossovers are shipped via UPS from Connecticut.
2) Once you have contacted us regarding your order payment can be made by PayPal, personal
check or money order. PayPal orders originating within the USA should include 3% additional.
From outside the USA include 4.5% additional. When orders are paid for using personal check or
money order they will not be shipped until funds have cleared.
3)Purchaser is responsible for all applicable taxes and/or customs fees.
4) Cancellation/refunds/returns: Each NaO crossover or ACEU is custom built. As such no
returns are accepted. Orders for plans and PCBs can not be cancelled. Orders for the NaO
ACEU or passive crossover may be cancelled within one week of placing an order and a full
refund will be issued, less any PayPal fees.
5) It is understood that the purchase of any NaO speaker or component which includes
plans gives the purchaser licence to build/use the system for personal use only. Building the
system for resale or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
6) Purchaser further agrees not to disclose any design information, specifications, documents or
figures associated with any NaO speaker system or component.
7) By placing and order with for NaO speakers or components you acknowledge and accept the
above terms and conditions.

system: $250 plus 3% PayPal fee

$300 plus 3% PayPal fee
